What is the BISP 8171 Program?
The BISP 8171 program gives monthly money support to poor and deserving families in Pakistan. It is part of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). If your family has low income, you may be able to join this program.

What is the Dynamic Survey?
BISP is now using a Dynamic Survey to register new people and update old records. This survey helps make sure the money goes to the right people. If your family details have changed or you haven’t registered before, you need to do this survey.
Who Can Apply?
You can register if:
- Your family is poor or has a low income
- You have a valid CNIC
- You are not already getting help from other government programs
- Your PMT (Poverty Score) is below the required level – check it here

What Documents Do You Need?
Bring these documents when you go to register:
- Your CNIC
- CNICs of your family members (if available)
- B-Forms of your children
- Proof of any changes like marriage or death in the family
How to Register (Step-by-Step)
- Go to the nearest BISP Tehsil Office.
- Stand in line and wait for your turn.
- Show your CNIC and give information to the BISP staff.
- You will get a token number. Keep it safe.
- Wait for your turn to go to the survey desk.
- Answer the questions honestly. This includes details about your home, job, and family.
- Give your thumbprint for identity confirmation.
- Once done, they will give you a receipt. Keep this safe.

After Registration – What Next?
- You will get a message from 8171 if your registration is successful.
- You can also check your status on 8171.pass.gov.pk.
- If selected, you will start receiving payments every month.
Make sure you complete your reverification before June 30, 2025 if BISP has asked you to do it.

If you are approved, you can get your payment from:
- HBL ATMs using your thumbprint
